Developing. Duke Police have arrested a 25 year old man, Victor D. Murdoch of 810 Shay Drive, for allegedly having intercourse with a 14 year old.
We have no details. We do not know where this statutory rape occurred, and if the 14 year old was male or female, and if he or she was forced or consented.
We did learn that Duke Police stopped posting their crime log last February.
