Duke Police have gotten around to telling the university community about a report they received July 10. Four days ago. In the Oregon Street apartments on Central Campus.
“(We are) investigating a report of a sexual assault involving a male student and a female student who were acquainted before this incident. No charges have been filed," Duke Police Chief John Dailey said in a statement.
